About the Role

Reach Jobs is recruiting a Room Leader on behalf of a large, well-established early learning and childcare provider in Leopardstown, Dublin 18.

This is a full-time leadership position where you will lead a classroom team, deliver a play-based curriculum, and support children’s learning and development in a safe, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily running of the classroom
• Support and mentor team members
• Plan and implement engaging activities
• Maintain high standards of care and compliance
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues

Job Requirements

• Early Years qualification Level 7 or Level 8 (or equivalent)
• Experience working in an Early Years setting
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Garda Vetting (support provided)
