About the Role

Reach Jobs is recruiting a Room Leader on behalf of a well-established childcare provider located in Ballybrack, South Dublin.

This is a full-time, permanent leadership position where you will lead a classroom team, deliver a play-based curriculum, and support children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Employment Conditions & Benefits

• Permanent contract — 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• €16.00 – €17.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily running of the classroom
• Support and mentor Early Years Educators
• Plan and implement engaging activities
• Maintain high standards of care and compliance
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues

Job Requirements

• Early Years qualification Level 7 or Level 8 (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (leadership experience desirable)
• Good level of English
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid permission)
• Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks
• Garda Vetting (support provided)
