Reach Jobs is recruiting an Early Years Educator on behalf of a well-established early learning and childcare service located in Tarmonbarry, County Roscommon. This is a full-time position offering a supportive working environment and a strong focus on children’s development, care, and well-being.

The successful candidate will contribute to the daily running of the service, delivering a play-based, child-centred curriculum while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.

Employment Conditions
11-month renewable contract – full-time, 40 hours per week
Hourly pay rate: €15 to €17.50 per hour
4 weeks’ paid annual leave per year

Accommodation provided, if required (Staff house located in the same development as the childcare service, Approximate cost: €400 per month)

Job Requirements
A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 6, 7, or 8 (Irish NFQ) or equivalent international qualification
Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
Good level of spoken and written English
Genuine interest in early childhood education and care
Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
Understanding of, or willingness to work within, the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
Commitment to child safeguarding and best practice
Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply, with support)
Reliable, caring, and professional approach
