Reach Jobs is recruiting an Early Years Educator on behalf of a well-established early learning and childcare service located in Tallaght, Dublin. This is a full-time position, offering flexible weekly hours, competitive pay, and a strong focus on staff well-being and professional development.

Employment Conditions & Benefits
- Full-time role, 35–39 hours per week

Job Requirements
- A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 6, 7, or 8 (Irish NFQ) or equivalent international qualification
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of, or willingness to work within, the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a professional and supportive team
- Commitment to child safeguarding and best practice
- Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply, with support)
- Reliable, caring, and child-centred approach
