Reach Jobs is recruiting an Early Years Educator on behalf of a well-established early learning and childcare service located in Ratoath, County Meath. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering stability, structured working hours, and a supportive professional environment.

The successful candidate will deliver a play-based, child-centred curriculum, supporting children’s learning, development, and well-being in line with best practice in early childhood education.

Employment Conditions

• Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period
• Monday to Friday, 9-hour days (8 hours working time + 1 hour lunch)
• Salary in line with the national ERO, based on qualifications and experience
• Annual closure over the Christmas period, providing guaranteed time off

Job Requirements

• A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 6, 7, or 8 (Irish NFQ) or equivalent international qualification
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong understanding of, or willingness to work within, the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional and collaborative team
• Commitment to child safeguarding and best practice
• Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply, with support)
• Reliable, organised, and child-centred approach
