About the Role

Reach Jobs is recruiting an Early Years Educator on behalf of a well-established early learning and childcare service located in Newcastle West, County Limerick. Employment Conditions

  • Permanent, full-time contract
  • 40–45 hours per week
  • Hourly rate of €13–€16.75, depending on qualification and experience
  • Annual gross salary of €27,040–€39,195
  • 4 weeks’ paid annual leave per year
  • Access to an Educational Assistance Programme

Accommodation Support

  • Accommodation provided, if required
  • Shared 4-bedroom house
  • Approximate cost: €600 per month per tenant
  • Practical option for candidates relocating to Ireland

Job Requirements

  • A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 6, 7, or 8 (Irish NFQ) or equivalent international qualification
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Strong interest in early childhood education and care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
  • Understanding of, or willingness to work within, the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
  • Commitment to child safeguarding and best practice
  • Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply, with support)
  • Reliable, caring, and professional approach
