Employment Package

• Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period (with the possibility of extension to 12 months)
• €18 per hour, paid on a full-time basis

Job Requirements

• A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 7 or Level 8 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (or an equivalent international qualification)
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Genuine interest in early childhood education and care
• Ability to work as part of a professional and collaborative team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
• Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply with support)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a child-centred approach to learning
