About the Role

Reach Jobs is recruiting an Early Years Educator on behalf of a well-established early learning and childcare service located in Greystones, County Wicklow. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a stable role within a structured and child-centred educational environment.

The successful candidate will work with children aged 1–10 years, supporting their learning, development, and well-being through a play-based, age-appropriate curriculum, while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

Employment Conditions

• Permanent, full-time contract
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Gross monthly salary of €2,480, paid weekly
• Hourly rate of €15.50 (Level 8 qualification)
• Working with children aged 1–10 years

Job Requirements

• A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 8 (Irish NFQ) or equivalent international qualification
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Experience or strong interest in working with children aged 1–10 years
• Solid understanding of, or willingness to work within, the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional and collaborative team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to child safeguarding and best practice
• Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply, with support)
• Reliable, caring, and child-centred approach
