About the Role

Reach Jobs is recruiting an Early Years Educator on behalf of a well-established early learning and childcare service located in Gorey, County Wexford. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an immediate start for a motivated educator looking to join a supportive and child-focused setting.

The successful candidate will be involved in the daily delivery of a play-based, child-centred curriculum, supporting children’s learning, development, and well-being within a warm and professional environment.

Employment Conditions

• Permanent, full-time contract
• 40 hours per week
• Hourly rate of €16–€17, depending on qualification and experience
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• 3-month probation period (no formal induction period)

Job Requirements

• A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 6, 7, or 8 (Irish NFQ) or equivalent international qualification
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong interest in early childhood education and care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team-oriented environment
• Understanding of, or willingness to work within, the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
• Commitment to child safeguarding and best practice
• Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply, with support)
• Reliable, caring, and professional attitude
