About the Role

Reach Jobs is recruiting an Early Years Educator on behalf of a well-established early learning and childcare service based in Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a stable role within a supportive and child-centred environment.

The successful candidate will work with children aged 1–10 years, contributing to their learning, care, and development through a play-based, age-appropriate curriculum, while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing setting.

Employment Conditions

  • Permanent, full-time contract
  • 39 hours per week
  • Gross monthly salary of €2,480, paid weekly
  • Hourly rate starting from €15.00 (Level 8)
  • Working with children aged 1–10 years
  • Start date: mid-September

Accommodation Support

  • Option of reduced-rate accommodation
  • Suitable for two people sharing
  • Ideal support for candidates relocating to the area

Job Requirements

  • A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 8 (Irish NFQ) or equivalent international qualification
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Experience or interest in working with children across a wide age range (1–10 years)
  • Strong understanding of, or willingness to work within, the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a professional and supportive team
  • Commitment to child safeguarding and best practice
  • Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply, with support)
  • Caring, reliable, and child-centred approach
