Reach Jobs is recruiting an Early Years Educator on behalf of a well-established early learning and childcare service located in Corran Riada, Monksland, County Roscommon. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering structured induction, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment.

Employment Conditions
- Permanent, full-time contract
- 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Shifts scheduled within 08:00–18:00
- Hourly rate of €15.70
- On-the-job induction training and ongoing support
- 6-month probation period
Job Requirements
- A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 6, 7, or 8 (Irish NFQ) or equivalent international qualification
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of, or willingness to work within, the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a professional and supportive team
- Commitment to child safeguarding and best practice
- Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply, with support)
- Reliable, caring, and professional approach
