Reach Jobs is recruiting an Early Years Educator on behalf of a well-established early learning and childcare service located in Carlow Town, County Carlow, within a school-based setting. This is a full-time role, ideal for an educator seeking a supportive environment with structured induction and strong teamwork.
The successful candidate will contribute to the daily delivery of a play-based, child-centred curriculum, supporting children’s learning, development, and well-being in a safe and inclusive setting.

Employment Conditions
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Starting hourly rate of €15 per hour
- One-week induction period, supported by experienced staff
Job Requirements
- A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 6, 7, or 8 (Irish NFQ) or equivalent international qualification
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Strong interest in early childhood education and care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
- Understanding of, or willingness to work within, the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
- Commitment to child safeguarding and best practice
- Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply, with support)
- Reliable, caring, and professional approach
