Reach Jobs is recruiting an Early Years Educator on behalf of a high-quality early learning and childcare service located in Ballinteer, Dublin 16. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for a qualified educator seeking long-term stability, professional development, and a supportive working environment.

The successful candidate will deliver a play-based, child-centred curriculum, supporting children’s learning, development, and well-being in line with best practice in early childhood education.

About the Location

Ballinteer is a well-connected residential area in South Dublin, offering excellent transport links, local amenities, and a high quality of life. The area provides easy access to Dublin city centre while maintaining a strong community feel.

Employment Conditions

  • Permanent contract, full-time
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Hourly rate of €16 per hour (Level 8 graduates)
  • 30 paid holidays per year, including bank holidays (with increases based on length of service)

Job Requirements

  • A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 8 on the Irish National Framework of Qualifications (or equivalent international qualification)
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid work permission)
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Strong understanding of the Aistear and Síolta frameworks
  • Passion for early childhood education and child-led learning
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a professional, collaborative team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to child safeguarding and best practice
  • Garda Vetting (or willingness to apply, with support)
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and child-focused approach
