 We are currently looking for Early Years Educators interested to live and develop career in Dublin –  Mount View - Dublin 15

The Employer

The employer is a preschool opened to children between the ages of 3 – 6 years. with early starters from age 2 ½ eligible to the CCSP scheme (if qualified) for both their mainstream and ASD classes.

Creche facility meets the need of babies and toddlers between the ages of 6 months to 2½ years. After school club is opened to children from ages 3 to 12 and runs from 1:30pm to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. They are big on organizing school holiday camps to meet child care need of parents during school holidays.

Their curriculum is adapted from Montessori Curriculum, Aistear, and the Primary School Junior and Senior Infant Curricula. The aim is to prepare each child for their next setting, whether that will be a mainstream class, special unit or special school.

Location: Dublin –  Mount View - Dublin 15

Main requirements:

• EU Nationality
• Good level of English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s Degree in early Years Education or Primary Education or Technic Degree in Early Years education
• Experience in working with children from 6 months up to 6 years                                                                                                                                                    

Position: Early Years Educator:

The employer is offering the following conditions for the position:

• Full-time Permanent - €11.50/hour - 30 hours a week
• Training rate applies, on specific training days, €65 per day.
• Ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) throughout the year- 8 hours in staff own time.
• Probation period: 6 weeks
• Notice of termination: 8 weeks’ notice of termination required.
